Tackling Challenges
The founder of CADJPro, Garcia, loves mentoring women entrepreneurs working on setting up their business ventures. She celebrates and acknowledges other female entrepreneurs’ success and helps them to get started with their businesses. “As a business leader, the smile on the face of a struggling individual and seeing someone getting paid correctly and on time is priceless.”– she says.
Garcia also believes that the pandemic has further strengthened her business to be more competitive with several virtual offerings. She states, “It has increased my creativity in the online world. It has also forced me to accept that change is ok; just have to accept and learn to be better.”
A Piece of Advice
Garcia advises young women to accept that fear is normal and change is uncomfortable. She says, “Fear will be a roadblock because our bodies are trained to know that we are out of our comfort zone and accept that fear Is just fantasizing experiences that are appearing real.”
Picture of the Future
Garcia sees herself and the company growing to a larger scale organization with more staff participation in the community over the next five years. She also expects to see more organizational partnerships with CADJPro Payroll Solutions.
