The Initial Journey
Stacey has been working in the beauty industry for eight years before Lust Minerals was born. In 2014, when Lust Minerals was founded, she was running the business from her home with the products stocked in a tiny linen cupboard. A Tragic Incident led to Discovering a Bigger Purpose
In 2014, Stacey saw her father lose his battle with cancer. Through this, she became aware at a young age that the chemicals and toxins that we are exposed to daily can lead to so many health issues. Whilst there were plenty of natural-based products out there, only a few were “clean” and “high performance” to deliver real results for men and women.
Recognizing a clear gap in the market, the idea of Lust Minerals was born. With a heavy presence in the beauty industry at the time, she was able to combine her two passions of helping others and making a difference, with her love of beauty, to create an affordable brand that restored her and their customers’ faith in cleaner alternative products.

The Team culture Lust Minerals has cultivated over the years has played an incredible part in the brand’s success. It is fortunate to have a team of like-minded individuals who are just as invested in the brand’s mission as Stacey.
The organization is a more female-dominant business, however, it does have a few males within the workplace who are an absolute credit to the team. Their input and different perspectives on things have supported in ensuring its messaging is gender-neutral as its products are designed for both males and females.
“I believe my consistent management style has allowed me to lead in a way where I don’t receive resistance. I am dedicated to removing the standard “boss” stigma to ensure I am creating an empowering and supportive environment here at Lust Minerals for all team members. My personal development is really important to me so I also continue to work on myself with support from my personal coach to ensure I am further developing my leadership skills so I can be the best possible leader for my team,” adds Stacey.
Work in Progress to find a Balance between Work and Life
Stacey is still working on managing a healthy work/life balance. Last year, she and her family purchased a caravan and decided to bring the holiday life to them. They have been living a simpler life by the beach to allow them to spend more quality time as a family.
They have set up only 20 minutes away from the Lust Minerals office so it’s convenient for them to still be in the office Monday-Friday.
“This has allowed us to appreciate the blessing of every day because at the end of the day we do only get one life and we can’t take our success with us. It’s important that we do enjoy the journey,” concludes Stacey.
Striving towards a Prosperous Future
Lust Minerals is working towards filing an application to have its products stocked in Mecca and whilst this is a 1-2 years’ process, they are excited for the opportunity that this will bring.
Mecca brings the best of the best in global beauty offering 200+ brands. The company is also planning to file an application to be featured in Ultra Beauty which is the largest beauty retailer in the United States and United Kingdom.
The future is all about spreading wings and reaching a wider audience base. It wants to be readily available for its customers worldwide. As this will then help them to accelerate further into the US market to further expand their target audience.
