With over two decades of experience as a healthcare professional, Kira possesses a wealth of industry expertise in areas such as company culture and diversity, organizational behavior management, organizational leadership, business strategy development, and contemporary business challenges. Under Kira’s leadership, EMMA International has achieved several remarkable milestones in terms of growth, including prestigious recognition on the Inc. 5000 list in both 2020 and 2021, as well as securing the No. 96 rank on the 2021 Inc. 5000 Regionals: Midwest list by Inc. Magazine.

Furthermore, Kira actively contributes to the field through her involvement in various organizations and committees. Presently she serves on the Patient Organization Engagement Committee of FDLI (Food and Drug Law Institute). Previously, Kira has also served on the advisory board of Medical Main Street, and as the Vice-Chair of the Diversity Network committee of MichBio.
