Following more than a decade of professional experience, Damon formally started his entrepreneurial journey by founding various business ventures, including Natural Cure Labs LLC, in 2015.
Damon is a member of formal industry and professional groups, and actively engages with peer coaching and education. He also employs the support of professional coaches to aid in decision-making and bringing thoughtful structure to the organization.
