A benevolent leader, Cedrick Webb is the CEO of Smart Digital. He is a first-generation college graduate, so his journey has been challenging. In his long-standing professional journey, he had to work hard for everything, toil for long hours, and make things work for him.
He grew up in Sikeston, MO located in Southeast Missouri, and has lived in the St Louis area for over 15 years. He has always had a passion for helping others succeed. Additionally, Cedrick is also fondly known as the “Coolest Guy In America“.
He has been in the marketing industry for over 12 years now. He has fulfilled just about every role possible. He has worked with some of the largest marketing companies in North America and climbed his way up the corporate ladder. Then one day it hit him, “I can do this better and provide better value if I were on my own.” So, that’s how the journey of Smart Digital began.

Smart Digital’s leadership team consists of Chief Operations Officer, Ryan Newton; Vice President of Sales, Natasha Muskopf; and the Director of Operations Ethan Gottfredsen.
These strong pillars of the organization help Cedrick become the best version of himself while leading their departments with passion and kindness.

Cedrick is more interested in trying to change the way business in general and corporate America is run.
He is a true team leader. He wants to lead with compassion, providing a great place for employees to grow and be a part of their families. To lead with love and not fear. He believes a person who feels appreciated will do more than expected. Employees should not be treated as just employees, rather make them your partners, treat them with respect and value their contributions.
Cedrick pens the True Meaning of his Success
I once heard the quote by Paul J. Meyer, “Success is the progressive realization of worthwhile predetermined personal goals.” I like that, success is different for each person and each organization. It’s more about the journey than the destination. It’s about goals, goodness, and growth.
For me, it’s about being the best version of myself, constantly growing, and making the world a better place. I had a mentor engrain into me the mantra, “Wherever you go, take people with you.” It’s not just about moving yourself forward but also helping others achieve great things and influence the world for the better.
A Flourishing Future
Smart Digital intends to become the largest digital marketing company for small businesses in the United States. Cedrick realizes that it sounds like an incredible goal, but the company strives to be its best and use its influence for good.
It wants to be a big-time asset for small businesses throughout the nation. It intends to put sales reps in just about every major market in the U.S.
