Jim Minogue began his journey with a passion for knowledge and a drive to stand out. After graduating with honors from St. John’s University with a BS in Management, Jim laid the groundwork for his future endeavors. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Advisors at the St. John’s Tobin School of Business. Jim also serves on the Board of Catholic Charities of Brooklyn and Queens and the Finance Council and Pension Committee of the Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens. He is also a long-time member of the Financial Services Compensation Association.

He also establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides regular updates and reports to the CEO on operational performance, opportunities, and risks.
In his role of COO, Jim’s responsibilities span across introducing new client relationships to the firm, enhancing existing partnerships, acquiring additional talent to augment current and new service lines as well as optimizing internal operations. With a keen eye for performance management and revenue generation, Jim will partner closely with Chris and firm leadership to elevate The Forum Group’s operational efficiency and profitability.
