Sean Trimble is a dynamic business leader with a flair for discovering and nurturing talent. He is an innovative, diligent, and empathetic professional with over 25 years of extensive experience as a talent management and operations executive. As a result, he has built up his professional reputation and has a great rapport with clients. His greatest achievements included establishing and enhancing contingent workforce strategies as it relates to MSP Solutions, VMS Technology, and external staffing services for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to up-and-coming firms.
Sean kicked off his career as a technical recruiter right out of college despite having no prior experience in the field. However, observing the happiness on the face of the first applicant and ultimate placement solidified his passion for the industry. Working with clients in the defense, military, technology, food and beverage, telecommunications, and automobile manufacturing sectors, Sean gradually transitioned into sales. Over time, the aspirant manager assumed several management positions, including managing multiple global accounts for significant contingent labor solution firms and national company development. He is now Acro Service Corporation’s Chief Operating Officer.

With my team’s help, I make sure that our technical, professional, and blue-collar staffing divisions are improving the applicant experience with 100% of our attention. My inventiveness dates back to the days of recruiting before the Internet when phone calls and in-person meetings were essential. That is my area of passion.
I am obsessed with achieving financial milestones with my company and being part of a core team that drives success. I also aim to give back to the community and engage in philanthropic endeavors. Being a good leader and building a capable team that can carry on in my absence is essential.
