From an early age, Lynn held strongly to two steadfast beliefs: she loved art and she believed in hard work. In high school, she discovered her passion for advertising, which offered the perfect blend of creativity and livelihood. Lynn’s art teacher recognized his student’s enthusiasm and encouraged Lynn to go beyond traditional classroom assignments, further fueling her drive to learn more, do more, and succeed.

While applying to colleges, Lynn was disheartened that many top schools focused solely on art history, drawing, and painting. Finally, she found a program taught by advertising professionals actively working in the industry, which aligned perfectly with her career aspirations.

Lynn’s tenacity led her to pursue a creative position at the largest agency in Central NJ, starting with an unpaid internship. At first, her biggest challenge was establishing her place in what was then a male-dominated workplace. Despite working harder than many of the full-time employees, she was often passed over for positions in favor of other, and often less talented, candidates. It was then that Lynn smartly decided to make a calculated move to the client side of the business, where she flourished. A few years later, she was invited to meet the then-owner of Dana Communications, a growing agency in need of help. Initially, she joined Dana as an art director and quickly rose through the ranks to become creative director, then CMO, president, and eventually owner.

From the moment Lynn joined Dana Communications, she treated the agency like her own. She redesigned the branding and expanded the client base.
