The Company Preface and the Key Distinctive Factors
Tactical Rehabilitation is a dedicated, trained, certified, and licensed team of individuals who have committed their careers to better the lives of the world’s greatest heroes—the active-duty and retired members of the US military as well as their families.
Tactical Rehabilitation stands apart from the competition thanks to its unwavering commitment to putting patients’ needs first, especially those of the US military, veterans, and their families, who are among the most underserved patient populations. Their primary competencies are musculoskeletal, biomechanical, and nonpharmaceutical pain management, with ongoing attention to sleep regulation. They feel privileged and happy to serve in the US military and contribute to keeping up the required support for people who uphold their liberties.
Kevin’s Journey Directly from His Mouth
My start, in many ways, came from Professor Joe Sass, one of my university professors in programming and critical thinking. I had to accept the internship that Professor Sass had arranged for me; in fact, I had little choice but to accept it. It turned into a fantastic learning opportunity that led to my first position in my field of education and career development. During the time when mainframes were being phased out in favor of mini-computers and subsequently PCs, I spent eight (8) years there mastering data and telephony networks. I first experienced the Internet as a consumer at its inception, and in 1993, I seized the chance to work for Cisco Systems. I worked with Cisco for an astounding 24-plus years, developing many of the managerial and leadership skills I continue to use to this day.
Diversification of Offerings at Tactical Rehabilitation
To better understand the needs of the patients they serve and to update their product range as new technologies and innovations become available, Tactical Rehabilitation works closely with hospital administrators and providers on a regular basis. The team looks for new product ideas that will benefit patients in order to support the partnered healthcare providers. Kevin personally evaluates each new product the business brings to market as part of its strict “Battle-Tested” product testing program. This ensures that every new product is among the best and offers a distinct advantage over rival items. This adherence to best-quality products and solutions and best-trained staff is a must, as these are the key components of our founding mission statement and purpose for the company as the team serves others.
Focused on Collaboration and Positivity: The Company Work Culture
At Tactical Rehabilitation, there is an internal team that works on numerous programs with the express purpose of fostering teamwork and a healthy culture. This team will choose and incorporate employees from other departments with knowledge and abilities relevant to a particular project, allowing such people to operate outside of their normal remit and increasing their footprint and voice inside the organization. The opinions of the team members at all levels and throughout all departments are highly valued by them. Additionally, this gives every employee a stronger voice in the future of the firm and positions them for greater prospects and progress within the organization by enabling the team to observe how other departments, functions, and teams interact on a broader scale. It ultimately creates a stronger sense of ownership among everyone and makes the team members stronger partners with each other.
The Primary Hurdles Along the Way
The federal and state governments have implemented legislation that makes navigating the healthcare industry feel impossible as a result of the poor management of other enterprises in the sector. Although Kevin and his team are aware that this is best for their patients and support it, it still creates a significant barrier to providing better services and a higher ethical standard. The barrier is required as a result of others’ careless and dishonest decisions, but it also discourages other companies with good intentions from entering the market and so restricts patients’ access to high-quality care for those with the best intentions. Many new businesses struggle to maintain compliance with the standards because it takes a lot of time and money to navigate them, and they are also working incredibly hard to provide new products and solutions.
“These are the partners we prefer to work with because they typically have a great product to offer and could use a helping hand. We value cooperative relationships and are constantly seeking the brightest, freshest talent to advance the recovery of our patient population. As a result, at Tactical Rehabilitation, compliance is one of our top priorities because we care about our ability to serve our patients and be a resource for them, as well as our partners, and we can’t afford to risk non-compliance and having our, and our partners, opportunity to help people be hindered in any such manner”, Kevin further added.
The Future Outlook of Tactical Rehabilitation
The company’s future plans center on ensuring quality and development while proactively boosting patient experience initiatives. They intend to improve their collaborations, build new ones that produce favorable results for the patients, and develop new items that encourage healing for the nation’s heroes. maintaining excellence while completing the aforementioned
Kevin’s Advice to Budding and Aspiring Entrepreneurs
My advice is always the same in this area. Across all industries, the statistics are the same. Ninety percent (90%) of all company startups fail. Ten (10) percent of all new companies fail within the first year. Why is this? The first is cash flow and the lack of planning for it. Others include the wrong market, a lack of research, bad partnerships, poor marketing, and no expertise in the industry. In many cases, entrepreneurs can overcome one or two of these with a good idea and extra hard work; however, they also generally lack the patience and business skills it takes to lead and manage a company. Entrepreneurs have incredible ideas and are seeking an opportunity to get those ideas to market without all the corporate bureaucracy, and they are generally also seeking a simpler way to make that idea a reality. Most will get their idea and company off the ground.
Those that take it to the start of a company and get the ball rolling still fail when cash appears flush as they make bad decisions with that cash and do not set limits on investor paybacks or otherwise similar spending planning. The smartest ideas people also have the great idea to hire professional business leaders that can propel their budding and successful startup ideas into flourishing businesses with plans for long-term success and enhancement of those ideas in a sustainable manner. It is a big cultural change for them; however, the idea for which they started their business will generally go from a less than 10% chance of long-term success to a greater than 90% chance of long-term success pending the quality of the original idea and the timing of the product need in the market. Like all things I profess, this too is a partnership required for success, and there is no better plan than to partner with like-minded, positive, energetic people for success.
