Well I am a multi facet woman: A writer, a TV host, an entrepreneur, a philanthropist and a public figure. Since the age of 7, I write poems and I have already published two books and more than a hundred of cultural, social and political articles. In 2005, I have established my own company Eyestrategy Business Communication in Lebanon and in 2017 in Dubai. Since 2019, I am the CEO of the Luxury Network Lebanon. I am also a social activist and work hard to make a change in Lebanon on all levels. I was a Candidate to the Lebanese Parliamentary elections last May 2022.
- What inspires you to work harder?
I always aim higher and my passion & positive energy drive me to undertake new projects whether on the business level, social & humanitarian level locally or internationally. I feel that I am on a mission here on earth which is to work hard and harder for to make the world a better place to be.
- Brief us about the challenges you faced along the way and what gave you strength and motivation?
I started my career very early in the advertising field as I graduated from La Sorbonne University in Paris when I was just 19 years old and got my masters in Communication Arts and Political Science from The Lebanese American University at 23. I started my business career very young and I am a self-made woman. As a woman first and then as a woman in the Arab world, I have faced a lot of challenges that of imposing my respect, my consideration, my success, my values and my vision on the Lebanese as well as the regional & international levels. I have published several books, hosted many international TV programs such as Asmaa Min Al Tarikh, and created one of the biggest platforms for the Lebanese diaspora which is the biggest and most successful Diasporas in the world. I have participated in many international forums and have been rewarded more than 10 times. Moreover, as I believe that giving is living, I have dedicated also most of my time to co-found and found many NGOs such as ALS Lebanon the first Lebanese association for ALS patients in the Arab world in 2015. I have been also appointed Ambassador to Oum El Nour association against drugs and I have founded the Lebanese International Network – Link NGO and have found employments for more than 3000 young Lebanese in Lebanon & abroad and helped more than 50 families that were injured and had their houses damaged due to Beirut’s port explosion that took place on August 4, 2020. Today I am working on higher levels with the Lebanese diaspora worldwide to ensure the sustainability of Energy, education and the Medical field in Lebanon in this catastrophic financial & economic situation.
- As a business leader, micromanaging every aspect of your business is imperative. How do accomplish this job?
Yes! indeed I am professional & a perfectionist and have succeeded in all my endeavours because I do take care of all details. I have a team on which I count a lot and that I trust dearly but I do check all details whether as the owner of my communication production company, as the CEO of The Luxury Network, as a TV host, writer or as a social activist. I do prioritise my projects and give more time to the ones that need most my attention and I do delegate roles and missions to my team. I work hard and dedicate at least 12 hours per day to my work. The success of accomplishing a good work is to give it your quality time and to be organized.

- As a woman do you find it difficult to establish a balance between your life at home and the one at work?
Each woman around the world has a challenging life especially if she is a mother and a businesswoman at the same time. As mothers, we are overwhelmed with our motherhood feelings and we aim to raise and educate our children the best we can for them to become great human beings.
As businesswomen in a competitive world, we ain also to succeed all or projects. I believe that quality is much more important than quantity and based on this, we can balance between our time at home with our children and our time at work. Being driven with passion, and having a know-how and dedication will lead us to succeed in both our roles.
- How has the pandemic affected your market, what are your expectations from a post-pandemic market?
The pandemic has affected the whole world on many levels whether on the medical, economic, social or humanitarian levels. Life is no more what it used to be before. We were affected specially between March 2020 and June 2020 as my company was totally closed and we worked remotely from home. We totally stopped all kinds of meetings and events. But on the other hand, we doubled our efforts and projects regarding our digital services such as social media, websites and online platforms. Like a lot of other businesses, we have adapted to the new demands of the market. We have even expanded our work to the GCC and MENA markets.
“My motto is to leave a trace and make a difference in this daily changing & moving world.”
