The founder and owner of The Weaver Adjustment Group, Andrew, has an extensive construction and insurance adjusting background. Growing up in the new home construction industry, Andrew kickstarted his career working for his family’s construction business, one of the largest and premier new home construction companies in Pennsylvania. Later, Andrew founded his own property maintenance and contracting company, which he operated for over a decade employing 20 full-time employees. The organization was constructed with many premier developers, landlords, and construction firms in Southern Pennsylvania.

Till date, Andrew has successfully adjusted, negotiated, appraised, and umpired thousands of claims, many of which were highly publicized, multimillion-dollar commercial and residential claims for his clients. He is an expert in fairly resolving fire, storm, chemical, ALE, and first-party property claims. Thanks to his unwavering conviction to do things that are right and fair, Andrew has also been elected to resolve claims for top construction firms, insurance adjustment firms, law firms, and appraisers in the country.

As a firm, The Weaver Adjustment Group’s primary role is to advocate for the insured individuals. The firm handles every step of an insurance claim process from start to the end, which helps its clients receive the individual attention and settlement they need. Andrew is also a member of the Insurance Appraisal & Umpire Association and the Professional Public Adjusters Association of New Jersey.Additionally, he holds multiple Public Adjuster Licensures, including CO, DC, DE, FL, IA, IN, LA, MD, MS, NC, ND, NJ, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA & Puerto Rico.

Advice for Younger Self

Andrew suggests budding entrepreneurs to always work on their processes and products. He says, “Work hard and never give up. Don’t back down in the face of conflict or obstacles. If you do the right thing and you strive to provide the best product for your clients, you will succeed. Build your business by providing the best experience for your clients.”
