On the other hand, trying to do too much has led him to, quite a bit of failure. Mr. Holloway has now learned that sometimes he has to take rest and give his mind and body a much-needed rest. She has full control over Mr. Holloway’s schedule, and when she recognizes burnout, she has the full right to cancel anything that Mr. Holloway has going on.

Mr. Holloway believes he is pretty authentic, and he would classify most of the characteristics of the authentic leadership style. He tries to lead from his heart, yet with principles that could provide an opportunity to become successful. He wants everyone to win, and he tries to make that happen.
Future Roadmap
Mr. Holloway further explains that his company has to evolve to keep up with the massive impact, that the coronavirus pandemic has left. The group has been able to, understand that people are busy, and it must talk not only to the leaders but the other roles they possess.
