Education and Professional Development
Burak Yaka earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anadolu University in 2009, followed by a master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Dumlupınar University. He further expanded his expertise through executive education at Harvard University, MIT, and Hong Kong University, focusing on leadership, technology management, and operational excellence. Career Milestones
In 2010, Burak began his career as a Project Application and Control Specialist at the Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Defense, where he received a commendation for his contributions. In 2012, he transitioned to Turkish State Railways (TCDD) as a Technical Affairs Supervisor, managing infrastructure maintenance and optimization.
In 2016, he moved to the private sector, joining DEZEGA SP Güvenlik Ürünleri as Maintenance, IT, and Investment Manager, where he led major technical initiatives. He later took on a role at Mecalac as Maintenance and Investments Responsible, focusing on modernizing maintenance operations.
At Janoschka in 2021, Burak served as Production Manager, leading the team to break the company’s all-time production record. In 2022, he joined CMS Group Light Alloy Wheels as a Maintenance Supervisor before being promoted to Production Supervisor.
In 2023, he became Country Technical Operations Manager at ERGA Global, overseeing nationwide technical operations. He then joined Vergo Energy as Production Manager, where he set two company production records within three months.
Currently, Burak serves as Project, Utilities, and Energy Manager at PilenPak, managing technical operations, energy efficiency, and system optimization.
